National Organization with a strong reputation has an opening for a Nocturnist On Call for their program in Los Angeles County.
A 7 on 7 off Nocturnist block schedule from 5pm to 7am.
It will be on call from home. Usually by phone only and don't go in. Rarely gone in to hospital the past 2 years. General questions handled over the phone and follow-up in the morning at 7am by the day physicians.
The coverage has been very reasonable since it's only this organization's patients in the hospital. No procedures, code blues or ICU.
Organization is expanding and adding new Nocturnist positions. Previously the night call coverage was shared by the day physicians. No issues with call have come up for the group in the several years they have operated this way.
Supported by sophisticated information technology systems for their patients.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
