We're looking for a Manager, Consumer Insights to be part of a growing global Marketing department who is a collaborative professional and possesses the expertise necessary for this role.
As a Manager, Consumer Insights, you will be an essential member of URW's Strategy & Market Research Team. You will be responsible for
the national management, reporting and analysis of center performance metrics (i.e. sales & traffic), and in-depth market and consumer research for the Westfield portfolio and potential acquisitions. Analysis & Insights determines the viability of all potential redevelopments and acquisitions by analyzing a center's market and demographics, competition, tenant mix, consumer research and sales and traffic performance. The group also forecasts sales and market shares for future redevelopments and provides guidance on the optimal GLA sizing and merchandising of new projects.
To ensure URW provides optimal experiences, this person will be skilled at:
Analyzing data collected from externally conducted research and synthesizing results into formal presentations
Writing or editing questionnaires, interview guides, moderator guides, etc.
Amalgamating disparate data sources to develop actionable insights
Displaying fact-based insights simply and compellingly through PowerPoint presentations to facilitate decision making at senior leadership level
Coordinating and/or facilitating research design
Strategically find and manage talented external research vendors, cultivating mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships
Managing internally-conducted web based survey execution and analysis
Extracting data from internal databases provided by syndicated research providers
Uploading/communicating new data releases for secondary research data
Work with market/geographic research to ensure integration of key data
Stay on top of industry research trends and techniques through trade publications
The Manager, Customer Insights is primarily responsible for assisting the VP of Analysis & Insights in the development, analysis and presentation of primary and secondary customer research.
We are looking for a Manager, Consumer Insights with:
8-10 years of experience in customer/market research
Proven experience in managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects using a variety of different methodologies
Experience with segmentation, market research, market sizing, competitive analysis, and multivariate analysis
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of statistical methods and software such as SPSS or related software is strongly preferred
Proven ability to develop actionable insights from research
Proven ability to understand, maneuver, and interpret data
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
The minimum requirements and skills include:
BS/BA in Marketing, Research, Statistics, or related field
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Able to effectively present data to all levels of management
Must have strong communications skills: written, oral, and formal presentations
An interest in shopping centers
Team-oriented, can-do attitude

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
