Senior Analyst, Group International Leasing

The Group International Leasing Senior Analyst is responsible for the management of the International Leasing activities carried out at Group level, closely liaising with the Group Director of International Leasing. He/she is the guardian of the Leasing methodology and processes, monitors cross-continental activity and facilitates communication between continents.
The Senior Analyst provides high-level leasing intel and insights across the international leasing team, and assists in articulation of strategy for Cross-Border accounts and ensures execution and cooperation of continental terms.
The Group International Leasing, Senior Analyst reports to the Group Director of International Leasing.
Responsibilities
The main areas of responsibility of the Group International Group International Leasing, Senior Analyst include:
Governance
Setting up the governance of the International Leasing function at Group level
Establishing the appropriate coordination mechanisms with International Leasing Europe
Monitoring retailer portfolio, International Leasing meetings / discussions
Contributing to the gathering of high-level, senior executive-related information relevant to URW's participation in retailer and industry events
Define and own the global leasing calendar of industry events, meetings and priorities
Identify the needs of the international leasing team and determine the tools to be implemented
Leasing tools and processes
Contributing to the definition of the Group's Leasing guidelines and processes
Manage the new roll-out of guidelines and processes and monitoring implementation
Act as the owner for the roll-out of new Leasing tools (e.g. CRM tool)
Reporting and performance management: create global reports and identify opportunities for global collaboration
Key account management and cross-continental activity
Defining process to regularly update list of International Premium Retailers (IPR), Cross-Border Retailers, and major ongoing international deals
Monitoring and keeping a consolidated view of relevant meetings / discussions with key accounts across continents, ensuring there is effective coordination between teams
Required background and skills
Academic background in business or sales (or similar fields)
3 to 5 years' experience
MBA preferred
Experience in project management, or positions requiring a high level of team coordination
Experience in leasing / sales is a plus
Strong organization / project management skills
Rigorous, highly structured and analytical
Strong system skills and proven ability to handle data from multiple sources
Design and create new tools for senior level management
Report and efficiently communicate the leasing activity and analysis
Provide leasing intel and insights to the international leasing team
Fluent in English

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
