Organization Analyst

The US Organization Analyst leads organization, performance optimization and transformation projects in Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's US organization. This position is based in the United States and is part of the US-based team of Group Organization.
Following the recent acquisition of Westfield by Unibail-Rodamco, the US Organization Analyst's key focus area will be to support and contribute to a dedicated integration project for the US organization, and to coordinate all integration-related initiatives taking place or related to the United States business.
In addition, the US Organization Analyst may be asked to contribute to other US-related projects in accordance with the needs and priorities of the US leadership and the Group Organization team.
The US Organization Analyst reports to the US-based Group Organization Manager. He/she will also work in close coordination with other members of the Group Organization Team.
The main responsibilities of the US Organization Analyst include:
Contributing to the integration of the United States organization in the URW Group, including:
??? Performing organizational diagnostics for US functions, identifying key operating model differences vs. other Group regions and best practices
??? Preparing go-forward model recommendations to be presented to the US management, including target operating model, processes, change management plan, etc.
??? Running a US Integration Management Office (IMO), supporting all integration-related activities, and coordinating / collaborating with all stakeholders involved.
Contributing to other Organization projects in the US:
??? Conduct ad-hoc organizational studies, including the day-to-day management of the project, conducting analyses and business interviews, preparing executive meetings and workshops, supporting change management processes, etc.
??? Contribute to the identification and sharing of best practices at Group level through the learnings made from all projects
Qualifications:
Education:
??? Undergraduate degree from top business / engineering school is required; MBA is a plus
Previous experience:
??? 0-2 years of professional experience (including internships)
??? Experience in consulting or project management roles
Languages:
??? English (full professional proficiency)
??? Other URW Group languages are valued
Skills / competencies:
??? Outstanding analytical / problem-solving / synthesis skills
??? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
??? Ability to work in an international / intercultural environment
Given that the nature of the Group Organization function is to manage ad-hoc projects, the US Organization Analyst may be asked to perform tasks and contribute to projects not included herein, but related to his/her expertise and competencies.
This position will be based out of the US Continental HQ in Los Angeles, CA. However, the nature of the project may require eventual business travel within the United States and occasionally to Europe.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
