Dog Rescue Dog Rescue Acton, CA Acton, CA Full-time Contract Full-time Contract $16 an hour $16 an hour Kennel Assistant needed for rescue kennel in Acton.
Duties included but not limited to:
cleaning, laundry, caring for the dogs, medicating, walking, training, feeding, and observation of overall physical and mental health.
Small repairs to property might include light plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, painting, grounds maintenance and fencing repairs.
Applicant must be available to work some weekend and holiday shifts.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be in good physical condition.
A good portion of the job is outdoors and applicant must be willing to work in any kind of weather.
On call for emergencies and extra projects.
On time, reliable, with reliable transportation.
We are looking for a long-term full time staffer who is a team player who loves dogs.
This is a job that requires someone who doesn't mind working hard and making the dogs first priority.
They will give much more back.
Dog handling skills are required, large breeds.
Experience at a job caring for dogs is a plus.
No drugs, no drama, no alcohol.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

This is a very physical job with lots of standing, lifting and walking on uneven/unpaved and hilly terrain.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
