Responsibilities Work closely with the Edge Retail Manager to understand and execute retail merchandising priorities including new item cut in, distribution gains on authorized items, shelf tag compliance, resets, POS placement and secondary display opportunities.
Report retail improvements via on-line Repsly tool and pictures Actively support value added resets to ensure maximum distribution, schematic merchandising and to cut in new items.
Follow up, timely responses, and sales successes are key measures of success.
Effectively manage your assigned stores with efficient routing to maximize store coverage and frequency.
Build rapport with Produce Department Managers and personnel.
Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Experience within the produce industry, preferably as either a broker rep or distributor rep or equivalent education A positive, professional, and proactive attitude Execution and follow-through of sales & merchandising plan Good Organizational Skills Good communication Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
