Acton, CA Acton, CA Full-time Full-time $18 - $19 an hour $18 - $19 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Responsibilities working in a construction office - Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking Experience - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in scheduling homeowner and subcontractor appointments - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Ability to adapt to new technologies and computerized systems Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
