Responsibilities include case analysis and development, deadline management, document analysis, research and drafting of pleadings.
Candidate must be able to handle all stages of litigation, motions, as well as discovery.
Candidate must be licensed in California.
Trial / Contested hearing experience in Juvenile Dependency Law matters is a must.
Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.
